Easy to understand

Not an easy course, too much and too many new and big words
So far so good.
In this course I learnt about how to report an incident, what my personal skills and knowledge are, how to improve my job role in any healthcare industry if necessary.
I learnt about Multi-disciplinary team and how they would operate in case of an emergency. I also learnt about the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and how it is used in health and social care and care homes.
