When do I Receive my course?

Your course is instantly allocated to you on purchase.

Are the courses accredited?

Yes, they are accredited by The CPD Standards Office which forms part of the Professional Development Consortium.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes, a certificate is instantly available on successful completion of the course. It is available on your course page and your learner dashboard. You may download and print at home for free, or you can request a hard copy sent by Royal Mail for £5 per certificate. Please note we only post to the United Kingdom.

Can I see an overview of my course results?

Can I retake the course?

You are able to retake the course to improve your grade, this is available as an option on the course page.

How do I obtain one certificate for the care certificate course?

Each standard will issue you a certificate per standard upon completion.
The overall care certificate is issued by your employer on successful assessment as per the requirements of the skills for care.
The competency and assessment workbooks are included for you upon purchase of the care certificate.
