The course was clear, practical, and easy to follow. I appreciated the structured layout and the way each hazard type was explained with real-world examples. It was useful to see the legal framework included, such as the Food Safety Act and HACCP principles. I also liked how the modules were short and interactive, making the learning feel manageable. The certificate being available immediately is a great bonus. Highly recommended!
