The course was informative

A caregiver is a person who cares for someone who isn’t able to care for himself. e.g. people with dementia, depression, and the disabled.

Self-reflection, I was able to understand my roles as a caregiver and also my organization’s values and objectives.

Policy and procedure were able to understand each organization as a policy and procedures to follow as caregivers which are embedded with government regulations with respect to this industries. under this, we discuss work contracts, inductions, appraisals, and standards.

A case study of Larry and Sabrina was discussed in which we understand the duty of a caregiver and their defect in their duties as a caregiver. we were able to understand the core values of our organizations. also, we were able to understand that working together, there must be professional boundaries between our colleagues and other carers and individual in our carer by maintaining.

we also learned about working relationships which is a complete synergy with carers, volunteers, and professionals to provide the best possible care.

Multidisciplinary teams are a vital part of delivering high-quality care due to the mix of experience and care needed in health and social care.

Diversity is value everyone even though they are of differences while equality is a legal framework that ensures all are treated equally in opportunities rights and status.
