Very informative and simple to understand
This course has taught me about treating people equally and not discriminate against anyone else irrespective of their colour,sex,tribe, religion or religious beliefs, affiliation and educational background or qualifications. It also helps me to know more about effective communication and how to handle people. The legislation, strategies and policies aspect taught me how to relate with people in an organisation set up standards of quality in practice, employment rights and entitlement and protect against unfair treatment of patients,staff and others in an organisation. The course is highly educative and informative.
