The course has changed my life towards this care giving exercise . I have learnt a lot through this that communication is impaired in people with learning disability , therefore it is pertinent to use simple communication techniques when relating to them this does not mean that they can not communicate but it simply means that communication can be unintentional , intentional ,or expressive depending on how the respond to stimulation .Basically ,communication with those with learning ability should be done with special attention and care.
