Personal Development is one of my favourite topics. I received lots of fruitful information from the workbook for this standard, which surely will help me in the future.
The course was very comprehensive given the importance of the Care Act 2014 and all the material regarding abuse of adults in risk, as well as whistleblowing.
I had some knowledge about these issues from previous trainings, but it was only a superficial one.
