Informative
The course was easy to read in terms of the notes from the download however when it came to self reflection I faced some challenges in understanding what was really needed by the questions but at the end I managed to answer all the questions. It was a lovely experience doing the case study and they were very easy to understand. All the notes were very easy to follow and they are well explained.
Easy to use
I have learnt that every client is important and as such should be treated with importance and individually not apply a blanket approach to various needs.
