The course was very informative and quite understandable. I have a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a care giver as well as the work ethics expected. I appreciate the relationships explained in the course which give a guideline of how one should conduct themselves around colleagues and those being cared for. To add on, the case studies gave practical or real life situations which made the course more understandable. The emphasis on equality and diversity helped me understand the need to appreciate people of different nationalities and from different backgrounds. It also gave me so much joy to learn that team work is also promoted in the health care career. The handbook came in handy too, i am grateful for that. I would recommend this course to anyone and look forward to studying more with Caredemy.
