Challenging Bias

This course gives an overview of how bias develops, how it influences decision-making, and the impact it can have on individuals, teams and organisations. Learners will examine unconscious bias, stereotypes and prejudice, and how these can shape workplace behaviours, opportunities and outcomes. Practical examples and evidence-based strategies are used to support participants to recognise their own biases and understand how difference and power operate in organisational contexts.
