This course gives an overview of supporting education professionals to recognise dyscalculia and distinguish it from more general maths learning difficulties. Participants will explore how dyscalculia presents across primary and secondary settings, understand its emotional impact on learners, and learn practical strategies to support pupils and work effectively with families. The course emphasises early identification, inclusive classroom practice, and collaborative approaches to assessment and intervention.
