Note:
If you access the retake course option, the course progress will be reset. This means the course should be completed again for the certificate to be issued.
- Log in to Caredemy.
- From the learner dashboard, select the course you wish to retake.
3. Check if you still have access to the course.
4. Click the “Retake Course” button.
