There is no UK law requiring domiciliary care workers to hold a certificate specifically called Fire Safety in Domiciliary Care Level 2.
In England, however, regulated care providers must deliver care safely. Regulation 12 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 requires providers to assess risks to service users’ health and safety and do what is reasonably practicable to mitigate them.
