Agreed Ways of Working

Your employer will tell you the agreed and safe ways that you are expected to work. Agreed ways of work are usually shared in person by your manager or as part of a policy that is shared with you. Care plans detail the agreed ways of working with each person to ensure that you are providing care and support that meets the person’s needs and working within the law. Not following the agreed ways of working can lead to harm to yourself or others, even when unintended.
