A Code of Conduct outlines how you are expected to behave as a care worker. It’s important that you have the skills and knowledge to act on your duty of care in your role, but also do not work beyond it. Every organisation has agreed on ways of working to respond to harmful situations, including how you should pass on any concerns you have about wellbeing.
